Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for any major failure of goods or services. Minor failures will be addressed through repairs or replacements.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items or gift cards are generally not eligible for return unless they are faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
- Return the item you currently have.
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved:
- You will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
